The SHOWROOM, An Exhibit of Creativity, takes over The Fullerton Museum to transform it into a Multi-Sensory Arts Hub

The Fullerton Museum and XZBT Media & Entertainment is proud to announce The SHOWROOM, An Exhibit of Creativity, a one-night-only immersive arts event on Friday, September 5, 2025. From 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, during the Downtown Fullerton Artwalk. 

The museum will come alive with a vibrant celebration of local culture, featuring a diverse collection of artists, musicians, and performers.

The SHOWROOM is designed to be a dynamic experience, breaking the mold of a traditional art exhibit. Attendees will discover works from a wide range of visual artists, from painters and sculptors to digital creators and photographers. The evening will be set to a live soundtrack provided by local musicians, creating an energetic and engaging atmosphere.

In addition to the curated art and music, the event will feature an artisan market with vendors selling unique, handcrafted goods, an Art Battle where artists are asked to create a work of art in 20 minutes to compete for a prize, and a collective of live artists that will be working on a piece throughout the event, that will be part of a silent auction. Guests can also enjoy offerings from a local food vendor, a full-service drink bar, and captivating performances throughout the museum space.

"We wanted to create an event that captures the incredible creative spirit of our community," said a spokesperson from XZBT. “The SHOWROOM is more than just an exhibit; it's a gathering place for artists and art lovers to connect, celebrate, and be inspired."

This event offers a unique opportunity for the community to engage with the local arts scene in a festive and interactive environment.

The Haunted Fullerton Walking Tours Begin!

Every Wednesday and Thursday with select Fridays.


Tours begin at the Fullerton Museum Center with a ghoulish cocktail mixer hosted by your ghost guides. (1) Pre-paid drink coupon is included in your ticket price. The tour includes visiting Villa del Sol, Fox Theatre, and more!

The tour is around 1.5 miles of walking with some stairs. Persons requiring special accommodations are asked to notify museum staff prior to coming into the museum. The Haunted Fullerton Walking Tour is not recommended for children under 13.

This will be an new route with even more haunting stories!

The swap will continually evolve throughout the event as people arrive with new items, browse, mingle, eat, and celebrate. After all, it IS a birthday party!

Part of our Punk OC Is Not Dead weekend

Join us for a special screening of "Chinatown Punk Wars", a powerful documentary exploring the intersection of punk music and identity in Los Angeles’ Chinatown scene.

In the late 1970s, two Chinese restaurants became the unlikely epicenter of L.A.’s burgeoning punk scene. The emerging music form featured fast-paced songs and hard-edged melodies with anti-capitalist messaging. As told through interviews with John Doe (X), Alice Bag (The Bags), Keith Morris (Circle Jerks, Black Flag, OFF!), and Martin Wong (Save Music in Chinatown).

Stay after the film for a panel discussion with director Steven Kochones.
